this sort of event has to do with people needing people and there is a strong desire for people to walkoutside and walk with others.
these sorts of events are being held off by the weather right now but when spring comes people will know what they want and will find people to socialize with even if it has to be outdoors. and if people cant congregate in one place outdoors they will walk while congregating and what room is left for police to enforce isnt much.
this is a great socializing idea, a great 'protesting' idea, its good for networking and healing the isolation many many many are facing.
when the weather changes people will walk with eachother a lot more i think.
