I'm a horrible addict. About 6 cans a day. I've been thinking about buying a tea kettle and switching to green tea. I think this might be the final push that I needed.
In my experience it's easier to switch to (sugarless) tea if you drink it when thirsty. Unfortunately I noticed it occasionally gives me heartburns. It's also one more Chinese product in your diet
Try mint herbal tea. No caffeine, cheap, and you can makeit yourself if you want. Just get a mint plant and dry the leaves.
You can buy green tea that's grown in Japan
Do it. You'll feel much better and probably lose 10+ pounds without changing anything else
I'm like 5'9 135lbs. I don't think I have 10lbs to lose
