You have to put up part of the bail. Basically someone else has to do it because its not like they let you take your credit card with you into the cell. And they aren't going to run to the ATM for you.
Or, they weren't offered bail.
Theres two situations here. There are those that can't even afford $100 for the down payment for a bail bond. There are those that screwed over bail bonds by not showing up so even bail bonds don't want to put up the money.
During the BLM riots, a lot of the niggers fit into the latter category, so the nigger politicians and nigger celebrities put up the money, knowing they were going to lose all of the bail.

Everyone has "someone". Everyone. Even the homeless have other homeless people who'd vouch and put up the money (if they had access) What kind of person can exist today without knowing a single person who'd put up bail money for them ?
A few. You'd be surprised; most the time, though, there's going to be other people.
