Basically someone else has to do it because its not like they let you take your credit card with you into the cell. And they aren't going to run to the ATM for you

Everyone has "someone". Everyone. Even the homeless have other homeless people who'd vouch and put up the money (if they had access) What kind of person can exist today without knowing a single person who'd put up bail money for them ?
