So power goes out, idiots steal, get locked up. The usual 53% who are morally deficient, but also too stupid and too poor to pay. Boo fucking hoo, tough shit, bet the murder rate goes down now as well. It's not my problem if they get caught being thieves, jail is a good place for thief's.
