City libraries are not true libraries, they are propaganda fronts with curated content. They primarily reach for children and adults women, so Globohomo titles will be the first one sees sepreated from the shelves and on tables and in book stands. Being "community" centers, drag queen story times are done here, and most of theses dens have safe space reading rooms.
