If you're in the US, you can't go to prison for violating a mandate. (I'm guessing this is true in other countries as well.) This is where the fear propaganda is working - the idea that a mandate is a law. It's not. You can't be convicted of a crime unless you break a law. That's how TPTB set things up. If they want to maintain even a modicum of control they can't blatantly violate the supposed rules of their game.
