Executive orders are for situations that aren't codified. there are plenty of codes and the 2A that sets precedent. don't listen to their terrorist propaganda . it's all bullshit.

The bill of rights lists out what we have because we exist and the point of govt is to make sure that those rights of ours aren't violated. Those rights aren't given to us by the govt but by our creator. So not only can an executive order not get rid of them but neither can Congress or the supreme court.
