where im from you tell em 'if you dont get off my property ill arrest you for trespass' and then if they dont leave you arrest them for trespass. cops can choose not to charge or hold them but i absolutely have the right to arrest, now if the dude comes back, i can reasonably assume that its because they dont just want to hang around my property. They already know now they aint allowed here, and so if they come back, i dont even ask them to leave, i just arrest them for... Burglary (trespass with intent to commit a further offence)
