I'm so mad over crap like this I can't hardly even write this comment!

Now I know every place is different, but I actually had someone trespassing on my property one time. I asked an officer to arrest this person, because "trespassing" duh! I was told you can't have someone arrested for trespassing the first time they do it! You have to make out a report and an officer has to inform said person that a report has been filed and if they ever do it again, Then you can ask for them to be arrested. Except, an officer has to see the tresspass! They will not just take your word for it. Also, your report on file will be thrown out after so many weeks.

In other words, the only people that get arrested for trespassing are the people that the law enforcement officers Want to charge with trespassing!

This is exactly how this works - when they are first caught, you have them 'trespassed' from the property - it is essentially legal notice that they may not return. It does work both ways - when you see 'state land - no trespassing', you have to be trespassed first to be trespassing. Basically, you can do what you want, so long as you don't get caught.

Is this more jewish 'lawyering' of the letter of the law vs spirit of the law? Maybe, but that is actually how trespass works. An 'unauthorized personnel will be shot' sign is far scarier than a 'no trespassing' sign.

where im from you tell em 'if you dont get off my property ill arrest you for trespass' and then if they dont leave you arrest them for trespass. cops can choose not to charge or hold them but i absolutely have the right to arrest,

now if the dude comes back, i can reasonably assume that its because they dont just want to hang around my property. They already know now they aint allowed here, and so if they come back, i dont even ask them to leave, i just arrest them for... Burglary (trespass with intent to commit a further offence)

Nobody will do anything. I've dug up and published far more corrupt men, like (and also beat up another judge in chambers, pulled a gun on a woman in a tollway, and was involved in the coverup of a murder-arson targeting a rich lawyer he had worked with).

I'll wager this officer isn't a tenth as corrupt as Eric, and, just as always, we won't do anything.

 

All the same, it might be worthwhile to make a registry of these people - a "hit list", in case someone someday finds their nuts. Otherwise, it will make a great whos-who of the people the jews can award medals to for our destruction, once we are gone.

After speaking with multiple people at the sheriff's office and getting transfer run around, apparently there was some confusion as they don't have a precrime unit, there is an internal investigation being conducted on the incident.

She did well though. In most places you can only trespass on property once you've been formally trespassed from the property. Also this cop is using prior restraint telling her NOT to commit a crime. Fuck him.

The exception is when you don't care about losing the case or being charged due to a larger framing of the issue.
You articulated the prior restraint violation... is also at 10:30pm. Much larger issues than her being charged with threatening to litter or trespass.

Police arrested a woman in Palm Beach County, Florida, over the weekend, after she allegedly suggested that she would "shoot" Republican Governor Ron DeSantis, as well as Republican Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott, in a tweet posted several days earlier.

The woman, identified as 55-year-old Karen Jones of Lantana, reportedly told Palm Beach County authorities the sentiment included in her Thursday tweet was meant as a "joke," according to the Miami Herald. Booking records filed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office confirmed Jones was held in custody for one night following her Saturday arrest, and she was released on bond Sunday afternoon. Records additionally showed that Jones was charged with three counts of intimidation for sending "written threat[s] to kill." The charge is classified as a second-degree felony under Florida law.

Jones' arrest and charges came just over 48 hours after a post surfaced on Twitter, shared by an account that she ultimately claimed as her own, The Miami Herald reported. According to the newspaper, which obtained a copy of Palm Beach County detectives' affidavit, local authorities referenced the tweet directly in their documentation concerning Jones.

************Palm Beach County Detective M. Horton reportedly acknowledged that Jones said the tweet was not shared with any intent to harm DeSantis, Scott or Rubio, in the affidavit related to her arrest.

"When I made the observation that there were no commonly used terminology to show the post was a joke, Jones stated that anyone who follows her knows her sense of humor," Horton wrote, according to the Miami Herald.
