Nothing he said even comes close to the legal definition of incitement. I don't like Trump. He's a charlatan who told people what they wanted to hear and didn't get anything done. What worries me about this is that our lawmakers are so idiotic that they don't understand even a little bit about the law. Trump is an expert at getting away with shit, and what he did does not amount to incitement in any way, shape or form. These legislators are just spoiled babies who reeee at things. They wasted all this time and money on this shit when how many Americans are out of work? How many people are about to lose their homes unless we re-open the economy? How many 12 year olds are killing themselves because they haven't been able to see their friends in a year? These people who voted to convict *should not* be in office. They pursued a stupid, unwinnable case based on nothing *just to virtue-signal*. We need lawmakers who deal in realities, not symbols.
