Is that something that can actually be done? Why hasn't someone done it already?

Asking for a friend.

Meshnets are a possibility.

If you had some vast meshnet, you could subvert/exploit the backbone of the rest of the net.

I'm no high tier expert, but I'd imagine white people can handle it in a few years.

IPFS is a p2p meshnet that runs on top of IP. Peers have an assymetric encryption key identity, so their location on IP can be somewhat fluid. I don't see why this couldn't be extended to a general meshnet. It could probably be done without modification to IPFS sources, just IP bridges, and the p2p routing would take over from there. Just thinking out loud. I haven't read the sources in depth.

Not really. Not without quantum entanglement. It could maybe be done in very densely populated areas of everyone did it the same way but that won't happen. Naw, until poitt to point quantum entanglement becomes commonplace this won't really happen. Gosh... I wonder why they are slow-walking that tech?

It's a hell of a lot closer than most people think. It hasn't been done before because the economic incentive did not exist previously. Our subverted governments and their Big Tech overlords are now providing sufficient incentive through their sociopath behavior.

I'm sorry...what does quantum entanglement have to do with it? That's a serious question. Not being snarky.

Well in theory quantum entanglement will let you use a device to communicate point to point. No internet. It cannot be Intercepted/blocked either. No signal of any kind. Not in our dimension anyway. It's real. It's been done over huge distances (space to earth) and like all tech it's suppressed. My guess is it would. Let us Contact a galactic internet and shit post with the aliens. It would be sweet to dig through their patent office huh?
