I just loked up the REAL number of flu deaths in 2020. It is 8,938. That is not a firm number. Some death certificates come in 2 months late or later. But that is about what yiu would expect it to be given that everyone was sheltering in place and wearing face masks most of the year. A little lower than normal. Not much.

Anyway other people died who obviously may have lived 15 or 20 more years. One of the people I knew who died was not that old and was certainly not morbidly obese.
Diabetes and cancer both have cures. Certainly type 2 diabetes. Besides people can live with diabetes for decades.
Your number is fake and gay. The number is more like 1 in a hundred 40 year olds will die of it, maybe 2 in a hundred 50 year olds. It gets much worse after that. The true number is probably much worse since I assume they are dividing deaths over positive PCR tests which means that the denominator is too large—including many non-infections.
Living in my state, in 2020, you had a 99.75 percent chance of not dying of covid, whether you were infected or not. One out of 400 died of covid here. Out of the total population. So where you are pulling your cfr statistic from is probably a fake and gay source like your rectum .
