No. But therein lies a problem. Some of the recent gun-tyranny laws were put in place so that the lesser sub-species of human couldn't gain access to them. However, there is absolutely no political will to only allow this service to real humans (Europeans, Asians, some fraction White middle easterners and White north africans).
