Wonder why they waited so long?

This is a very important ruling.

We also need to watch for: USA under RINO Paul Ryan took a unanimous vote on a bill (no listing of who was present and who voted for it) to let holocaust ORGANIZATIONS sue for property claims of the citizens of a foreign country. This was outside of common law principles in that usually property escheats to the government of the country of those citizens that die with no heirs. Paul Ryan and friends wanted to create a law where ORGANIZATIONS (in USA and etc.) with no ties to the citizens of foreign countries could sue for property claims and the money would go to those ORGANIZATIONS.

This ruling makes clear the international law "exception covered only a property taking that itself violated international law—that is, when a government illegally seizes the property of another country’s citizen."

I hope that the ruling is used to end any outsider claims of trying to take a citizens no-heir property from governments in which the victim was a citizen - It will close that holocaust money free-for -all against governments that were not guilty of collaborating with nazi Germany (given that alleging Hungary was a guilty ally didn't work to further their claims), and will allow nations to continue the common law of heirless property escheating to the nation in which the person was a citizen.

Oy vey we're gonna need more small hats on the court.

about time . good for germany and hungary. so now poland is in the clear also. stalin had the nkvd plunder the eastern european nations in their advance on germany. those nations should be able to sue russia over it.
