What is interesting here is that the claims that Dominion itself acted fraudulently is what they base the warning letters of defamation claims on. Then the target has to back down that they have no evidence that Dominon itself acted fraudulently. What is left open is that OTHERS could have used Dominion linked to web or other security hacks to act fraudulently .
