I don't understand how they just stood there after the first few shots were being fired? Is the video and audio not synced up? It looks like the first five shots missed them. The 6th shot hit the guy and he starting wailing and running away. Then the woman gets shot.

It looks like a Ring doorbell type doorbell camera. Those things have terrible sound. I think the guy also missed them the first couple of shots.

Looks like one of those stairs going up over the garage. Otherwise they had some other camera mounted just waiting for this to happen.
