he was released pending trial on a variety of conditions. One was that he had to inform the court of any change of address within 48 hours of the change. That violation is alleged by the DA as justification for increasing the bail.
They won't disclose his whereabouts because the DA refuses to promise not to disclose his location.

I've always thought innocent people went to court and pled their case because they're right. Skipping out says a lot.
He didn't skip out. He's just not telling the DA where he's staying because the DA will not promise to keep his location secret.
He is going to court but the date hasn't arrived yet.
