Job placement post military isn't great as it is. This could be a good thing though. Let the whites out to repopulate and spread their knowledge instead of dying off for foreign interests and suicide. I'm sure the other races will do fine carrying the colors. S good alternative though would be if they reinstated the draft and compulsory service requirements. Some of these snow flakes could use a good taste of that experience.
