Mr Floyd's death was captured in widely seen bystander video that set off protests in Minneapolis and around the world, calling for police reforms.

Correct, and only people can commit crimes. So there's a second reason why he shouldn't be charged.

First, he didn't kill a person. And second, he isn't one. What happened is that two animals got into a conflict in the state of nature, and one of them was dead afterwards. That's nothing special.

I really hate it, when people try to interfere in loving mother nature's processes. It's hubris. Those people should be shot.
