I'm sorry, I can't sympathize with this woman. I know it's heartless, but people need to understand that what is happening is because of their lack of desire to do what's necessary to stop it from the get go. Their ignorance creates the hell they live in and actions (or lack thereof) have consequences, sometimes undesirable (dire) consequences. Blame the father of this child for not doing his duty as a parent and head of the household by allowing such a poor decision to be made instead of delaying or, hell, driving his ass down to Arizona to pick up the boy himself. They knew the bullshit was coming, yet they made the poor decision.
