I thought of that immediately as well- meth. I'd bet almost anything on him being on a very high dose of meth (or maybe crack or cocaine- a stimulant)- all of the symptoms are visible.

Twitching, extreme paranoia, obsessive actions (keeps showing us that he has a loaded magazine omg so scare), shaking, delusions of grandeur (this is natural in a lot of niggers, but stimulants heighten it) to the point where this nigger thought that his little brother was sending two White girls to get him killed somehow.....

He was on two things at least- a very powerful stimulant, and niggerol. Niggerol is a naturally occurring substance which niggers produce from their nig-glands.
