As a victim she is signaling that no one can say anything mean about her, no one can disagree with her pronouncements about who out there is an abuser, because she is part of team victim and can point the finger with authority and victimhood. She will use her power to get a rabid following that will pounce on anyone that dares say a negative word against her.
