Drug use is NOT good. Is that clear enough? What's more, the CIA benefits from drug running, and if things are "legal" (I advocate decriminalization, not legalization) then the profit margins go to shit. So, CIA would be those advocating AGAINST legalization (or even decriminalization). This move by Oregon threatens the CIA's profit margins, just like pot legalization has decimated the Mexican cartel's profits on marijuana.
