Yeah, that was key in changing my mind on drug decrim. A long time ago, I bought the logic that legalized drugs would just mean everyone would be a heroin junky and crime would skyrocket. But I had friends that got into hard drugs, and I had the opportunity but never did any- it certainly wasn't from fear of punishment, I'm just not retarded.
