As a percentage, it's still insignificant and the death stats are obvious lies (there are different standards for registering a covid-19 death vs any other virus), but that doesn't mean it's not more dangerous for old and already sick people. HCQ and other treatments can potentially save a lot of lives. Even against other viruses. They blocked it to pump the overall death stats up.

It's some weasel word bullshit. Facebook admitted that promoting HCQ did not constitute an act inciting imminent physical harm, and thus should not have been removed. That's about it. They admitted they overreacted by removing a post, but only on technical grounds.
Its still an experimental unapproved unproven treatment as far as the fda is concerned. The fda never banned it for covid but some states did which are now repealing those bans.
