I just don't know how to respond to this....so now people with a brain are targeted for criminal intent due to the fact that they can outsmart stupid niggers without a brain? Misinformation is not illegal, deliberately defrauding the public is...disinformation is something totally different as it has a politically subversive motives that could incite war.
