Good I’m glad they are in hot water for this one, people need to learn customers are assholes some times and you the company should back up your employees, they are just trying to do their job.
Example, once upon a time I worked at a big corporate store, return policy was if it had been used the item could not be returned, well I watched people return used items all the time because every employee knew if they told someone no then that person would call corporate and they would side with the customer regardless of policy or how much it cost the company.
