As long as we're talking about symbols etc I do think it's important to recognize whose authority a symbol of power represents. The darkness of the Washington Monument represents no "divine" right to rule, yes. But it was a right claimed under the auspices of Talmudic/Babylonian pagan dieties. It has never represented Biblical authority or a right to power granted by the God of the Bible.

You should stop listening to people telling you this. The obelisk is a pre-flood artifact which is associated with aryan (eventually israelite) right to rule.

You need to keep in mind, Egyptologist are among the worst archeological gate keepers and lying is literally part of their day to day business. Most things they teach are straight up lies.

You want to claim it's pagan because it's not of christian origin, fine. But it is a symbol of the origins of the aryan right to divine rule. Obelisk represents seat of power granted from above, pre-flood. It points to the heavens for a reason.

Worth pointing out, old testament is also pre-flood and pre-christianity. That doesn't make it pagan.
