There are so many white people willing to adopt white kids, giving them to non white parents is a fucking crime. Obviously not all white parents are good either, but if you guaranteed a white kid a lot more parents would be willing to adopt. Then you could pick better white parents from a much larger pool of people. The only thing standing in the way of this universally good method is optics.

When they say foster care system, it doesnt mean an adoptive family. It means gettjng bounced from house to house scery few month or in orphenages with a bunch of orpaned niggers and abusive nigger caregivers.
