The Texas Supreme Court on Friday rejected, without comment, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' attempt to toss out four defamation lawsuits by parents of children killed at Sandy Hook Elementary in 2012.

The parents sued in Travis County, where Jones and his InfoWars website are based, arguing that they were defamed and suffered emotional distress after InfoWars broadcasts disputed the authenticity of the school shooting and the news coverage that followed.

Isn't it odd we only hear from this small cadre of families---Rabbi Lenny P Ozner, et al---and we never hear from the other Sandy Hook families.

According to various msm reports, there were either 450 students or 600 students attending SHE that day. We've only been shown two obviously staged photos of about 15-20 kids being led through a parking lot with their eyes closed for some reason. ("Derrp, I have to quickly lead you guys away from an active shooter, so y'all keep your eyes closed while we're walking across this parking lot, so you don't see them dead bodies back there in a classroom! Good thing this photographer is here 20 feet away to capture this!")

The 450 to 600 students don't show up on police dash-cams or chopper footage. And we never hear from them or their 900 to 1200 parents. No trauma lawsuits, nothing. Just Pozner and a few others suing AJ the Gatekeeper for allegedly hurting their feelings.

Of course you are touching on only the very tip of this hoax. From beginning to end, it was a government PsyOp to shock the American people so that gun confiscation could be enacted. This echoes Australia'a Hobart mass shooting and the British Hungerford 'massacre' that led to their total gun confiscation. The same tactic is used again and again until the desired result occurs.

Alex Jones didn't do any one any favor by caving to the pressure on SHE. James Fetzer, Ph.D. was previously sued by Pozner. Instead of standing his ground, Jones caved to the SHE families at the time James Fetzer was being sued. Fetzer tried to present evidence to the court that Lenny Pozner himself was a fraud and doesn't exist. His name is an alias. Despite an entire team of forensic evidence experts. The court denied their testimony. The fix was already in and it was indeed a classic example of a 'kangeroo' court. The volumes of anomalies and evidence that Fetzer motioned to present as evidence was rejected by the Judge. The case never even reached discovery phase because a Summary judgment order was issued by the judge against Dr. Fetzer. It was outrageous. Case closed. It is forbidden to question Sandy Hook and the alleged parents of the alleged decease children. That government document that outlined the Sandy Hook 'capstone' emergency drill? There could never be enough evidence to allow the truth to be told.

This is all a show trial. No matter what the court case outcome. Texas law says you have one year after the incident to file a defamation lawsuit. Not 2, Not 4...just the one year. Case closed. I know a guy who's on his 11th year of being sued for defamation in Texas. They let you refile and refile. It's a common technique to drain someone's legal coffers. If I'm not mistaken this lawsuit against Jones was thrown out with prejudice, then pulled back up...I wonder who is paying for the "parents" legal campaign?
