Although Google leaving would be a good thing, aggregate sites like Poal would be too costly to operate. I'm not sure how this could be enforced, but I imagine a web no longer worldwide, much like accessing videos not available in your region. I wouldn't be too quick to celebrate this move. Google has far deeper pockets than its competitors and could force other sites to fold should it decide to stay in the market.
