I think differently (concluded) but have considered your premise before. doesn't account for the WORLD though. Thought and deed...UNSEEN observations (bosses, peers, church, government, internet) collected on you and logged. ALgorithm (mostly) decides if you are (evil) THEM or Good (they hate you). Anyway the mechanizm, however evolved it is on earth at this point is in use or under construction (primitve prototype state) as present.
