Would be a dick move if you burnt down the entire strip mall, so be careful...

Now, if you own the strip mall and want the insurance for it all, then do it on a holiday, at least.

It’s an old building barely barely turns a profit. At one point is what it was rat infested. It’s always been a side source of income for me but when my dad dies it’ll all be my problem. I miss when my aunt owned it. We took it from her cause she was stealing money out of the account but when I did maintenance on it she would pay me crazy amounts of money
