There are all kinds of occasions when people are going to fire their guns without having the time or the ability to protect their ears with plugs or muffs. Guns should be safe for their owners to use. Due to the high risk of hearing loss, they are not safe. Suppressors need to be *mandatory* on *all firearms*.
