No. I have been noticing changes with the archive site where the site won't load at first, but it does eventually.
Just checked the archive link (https://archive.vn/Fdu3Z) with both IceDragon and Brave - both loaded just fine.

Sometimes it displays a "broken image link icon" then eventually loads. Maybe some sort of anti-ddos feature.
