Perhaps bakers can refuse to do business with people they don't agree with, but they get sued and lose (startpage.com) by activist courts if they try.
You also can sue Big Cloud platforms. As far as I can tell the baker did not lose in the end.
It's true that they (no idea why it's always baking shops) don't lose, but that's not the point. The purpose is to eventually destroy them through court and lawyer fees, there are infinite activists with infinite amounts of money to waste. They hate anyone not toeing the line.
IIRC, there was another baker in some other part in the country facing the same kind of persecution from the nearby college who was bankrolling their students to endlessly sue him into bankruptcy.
He lost because his business was ruined and he had to spend a lot of resources defending himself against an attack.
You'r wrong again. I'm sure the lawsuits aren't something he wants but I'm also sure he gets a lot of support. Why do you think his business was ruined? Do you just made it up or did you read about it on facebook? I think it's called fake news...
