For example, if someone went in to Costco and filled their shopping cart with USDA Prime Ribeye steak and then parked it in a far corner and left it there, that one act would cost them a couple thousand dollars easily. Imagine if someone pretended to be looking at their clothing but were palming a razor blade and slashing all of it while they looked. Nobody should do any of these things because they're illegal.
