Except her "speech" was not in Germany. Germany abducted her when she was visiting.

If you hate blacks, and are 'famous' for hating blacks, maybe visiting Haiti, Chad, Madagascar, etc., is not the best choice. As an American, I'm sure not stupid enough to visit Iran, Pakistan, or Somalia....for obvious reasons.
