This problem will be solved when they depopulate the planet, as they are trying very hard to do. Meanwhile, there really is no practical limit on how much electricity we can make, if we choose to make it. Making electricity is easy. Delivering electricity to the end user is not so easy. We can always burn coal. We've got plenty of that to spare.
