The law is anything a certain club wants it to be. A club youre not a part of. Some of the dumbest people on earth try to justify their own moral stance by pointing to the legal status of a thing.
They want you vaxed. Youre opinion doesnt matter to them. The rights and role of a parent doesnt matter to them. What becomes of your child doesnt matter to them. So they go behind your back and exploit the nature of children. All while pretending everything is reasonable.
The same method and mentality is used for the pervasive subversion that children are constantly being bombarded with these days.
Just as the State believes (and functionally does in many ways) it owns us as chattel slaves and harvests our labor via the Income Tax, it believes it owns our children as well. This kind of legislation and CPS itself could not exist if the State didn't view itself as the true keeper of our children and ourselves as merely being granted the privilege of raising them. Although it is wholly unlawful, they have built up the contract code to make this legal.
Not a long shot off from legalizing pedophilia given how consent and legality are viewed as the be all and end all of morality by many sheep these days.
By legal definition minors can't do any of those things. That's why the law classifies them as minors and excludes them from contracts.
