Which is why I stressed "in public". If you are in public, there is no restriction on recording audio or video of anyone else in public and that holds for all states. It is only in private, like say a telephone conversation, that there are laws that dictate one party consent or two party consent.

There is no expectation of privacy in public - including audio and video recording. Perfectly legal.

This also includes up-skirt photographs and peeping toms, which makes me angry.

Upskirt - I think there was a law passed making it illegal. Can't remember if it was state or Federal....just looked it up, it varies by state.
