A video taken of her without her permission posted on social media without her permission sounds like an awfully good lawsuit to me.

You have no expectation of privacy in public, meaning anyone can take your picture and record your voice without your permission and do anything they want with that media.

Now if she could reasonably argue the setting she was in was private, she may have a case. Since it was probably in school it's a possibility.

Actually, many states have severe restrictions on recording audio without prior consent.

She recorded it and put it up, not him.

Which is why I stressed "in public". If you are in public, there is no restriction on recording audio or video of anyone else in public and that holds for all states. It is only in private, like say a telephone conversation, that there are laws that dictate one party consent or two party consent.

There is no expectation of privacy in public - including audio and video recording. Perfectly legal.

Not in public, that is fair game according to the Supreme Court.

It says she was in her car driving

Then it depends on whether it's a one party consent state or two. If two, she definitely has a case.

She already shared it on her Snapchat in 2016.

Pretty sure she made the video and posted it on social media when she was a freshman in high school. The nigger just reposted it.
