POTUS signed it while invoking the Impoundment Control Act of 1974
Edit: This means he can selectively accept some of the bill and sign it into law while sending the pork back to congress
This has been Trump's achilles heel his entire presidency, he doesn't want to be the bad guy so he gives in to pressure when his inner circle turn the screw on him...
And this is why he won't do the insurrection act or use any force to clear this election bullshit up. He's afraid of coming off like a cruel dictator even after that's what the left has been screeching his entire presidency.
Kushner carries around Trump's balls in his manpurse.
At this point I'd welcome a little fascism.
Who wouldn't. On a whim I looked up what fascism actually is and realized that I supported pretty much every aspect of it and had for quite some time. Now when I am called a fascist I just tell them "Yep, it is better than being a socialist".
Lol if you don’t like fascism you don’t even know what it is.
I would welcome all of it.
came here to say this...
Doesn't matter. My first Poal post. The act only requires congress to take a look at his redlines. They can completely ignore him and not even vote on the changes, and after 45 days the original bill goes into effect as originally signed. It has no teeth at all. Shame.
We we're sold.
45 days of government shutdown doesn’t sound too bad.
It's probably some 4d logic that says giving all our money away is winning
You basically just said 'trust the plan'
Also, $600 to EVERYONE fucks us over, and $2000 REALLY fucks us over.
Our currency has already been devalued by 16% just since 2019...
It's either going to us or it's going to kikes and sand niggers. I'd rather it go to us.
What is the different between that and line-item veto?
You're too late... the people here that don't understand how things work have already run off the rails.
yep
something something omnibus.
Also Codemonkey talked about this exact scenario literally days ago. No idea why people are dooming other than retardation.
Go commit a terror then, if you think things should change so bad.
