Doesn't matter. My first Poal post. The act only requires congress to take a look at his redlines. They can completely ignore him and not even vote on the changes, and after 45 days the original bill goes into effect as originally signed. It has no teeth at all. Shame.

Here's the thing about government "shutdown", none of them have to go to work and all of them get paid.
