Who is going to sue Twitter for being called a nigger and win? If these companies are censoring legal free speech, then theyre already publishers. Classifying them as such wont change any of their behavior.

Agreed. Either he's ignorant of the issues with getting rid of 230 or he's complicit. Probably Kushner told him to push for it. I doubt it will happen, though since there's no teeth behind "requests" to look into getting rid of it.
The issue with 230 is that the publisher punishments aren't enforced. That's it. Twatter, Jootube, Kikebook etc are all publishers by the definition of the 230 laws. They just need to be enforced.
Repealing 230 kills all small free speech sites at once, while leaving all those aforementioned kike sites alone.
