The fact that it started in Africa and India is probably just because regulations are more lax and it's easier to bribe leaders and regulators in those countries. But apparently all of our leaders are on the same page as well.
Everything appears to be in place for this. They are literally about to kill/sterilize the majority of people on earth and it seems there's no stopping it now. You might say, though, that if people are willing to go along with all of this insanity and let these sick fucks inject them with a mystery substance without doing their own research and due diligence, then they deserve what happens to them.
Indeed, you can't help people like that. People that scream at you for not wearing a mask and are desperate to get the vaccine are just so bought in and brainwashed that they cannot be saved no matter what. Still, I say that even those people don't deserve this level of evil. No one does.

That being said, if nothing is done, we're going to be completely overwhelmed by the demographic explosion combined to mass immigration, some could say it's already the case. And at the same time, those doing something against that, aren't doing it with our best interests in mind.
