1 million people "unable to perform normal daily activities, unable to work, required care from doctor or health care professional" as a result of a mass vaccination with this vaccine... If the entire pop gets it... Which isn't going to happen, but still....

That being said, if it's under 6 million it doesn't really count... I mean, starting at 6 you can pull a "This is worst than the holocaust!", from there it's game over you won the intarweb
