College, banks, etc there are no real job gluts out there so why would you need any of those. Hell now you can lay off 3/4 of the government as they have nothing to do since almost no citizens can use the services or afford to do what the service covers like take a trip so the TSA can be cut, OSHA since most factories are closed.
