Sounds like we're missing some more information here? Was it on a drone? Was it installed on a building someplace? Was someone holding it? Etc.

Israel does have automated AI machine gun turrets on their border wall. Maybe these technologies have been advanced and deployed more widely? Or maybe Iran is just blowing smoke out their ass?
Oh the Israelis all have some sorts of interesting toys. But they would have gotten it there someplace. They don't have borders together. So, I just want to see how this was done. I'd more likely believe it was just a really good sniper.
They have used these technologies against Armenia and I don't think they would offer Azeris their latest technology, so it's not like the technology doesn't exist.
